i misscaried 3 weeks and 6 days ago and stop bleeding just 4 days after also stoped gettin a positive after 10 days, me and my hubby started trying after 12 days the day i was ovulating (taken by a ovlation test) today i took a pregnancy test and its a very light positive ( two lines) could i be pregnant again ?

But i did stop gettin a positive on a pregnancy test 10 days after a misscarried and i'v been testing for 5 days and all negative but today there are two lines meaning positive

they say it can take 5-6 weeks for the hcg levels in your body to come down after a miscarriage so it could be that considering it was very light positive.
I would wait another 2-3 weeks and test again or see your doctor to get a more accurate result.

Possibly. Go to the doc and get a blood test

could still be the hcg in your system , re test in a few weeks
