I feel soangry, it started of with my authodontist appoinment yesterday, i was told i would have towear my braces even longer than i thought when id been told they were ment to be taken off in the net few weeks, ive had them on over 3 years now, and have jaw surgery 6 mnoths ago im just fo fed up with it all, then my friend wanted me and some friends to do a modeling shoot for her, (and no i doubt its because she thinksd i look nice its cos she says i look '1950's n thats her theme. She picked me the most discusting outfit while they loo kreally nice i look horrid and shes tying my hair up and taking photos oft he side of my face, and i no its jsut sounds vain and silly but i relaoly dont want her to, im so paranoid about my nsoe and jaw line it makes me really upset, and all the pictures are going to be in magazines, and i jsut feel so ugly expesialy with my braces, then 2day i drove to college and there was no where to park so i just drove home, im so angry

I know how you feel. I also have braces.

I think the good thing is you will have nice straight teeth for the rest of your life once you get them off and other people who didnt get them wont.

Not long to go, you will have them off soon.

It's just stress buildup. If something like that bothers you so bad, tell them you don't want those pictures in the magazine(s). I can see why you're aggrivated about having to keep your braces on longer. Three years is quite a while to wait, and having to wait longer after anxiously anticipating when they finally come off, I'd be aggrivated as well. You'll feel loads better once they're finally gone though.

You're angry because all of those things you just said bother you. It seems like it's all out of your control, so maybe your angry because you don't feel in control. IF you're interested in being less angry, practice safe ways of giving up control. Like in situations where you're not so concerned with the outcome. Also, try sitting down and completely letting go of all thoughts or any identity of yourself until you feel like nothing exists and there is nothing to control. Strangely, the more you do this the more you will feel in control of your life because it will allow you to see things that are beyond yourself. This gives you much more options to choose from than just the ones you would have come up with.

Listen. It's no big deal. It may seam as though it is the end of the world at this point if things are not expect but realize and know life is full of unexpected situations that not only temper us but forge us into graceful human beings. When life give's you lemons what does a person do?

Appreciate the wonder of just being able to breathe. This is a fleeting issue in a couple of years you may not even remember it. Dont be consumed by it. Remember always the positives of life far outweigh the negative.

Sounds like you had a really bad day - it's no wonder you're angry. You're angry because you're upset. When I get upset I either get angry or cry - and I hate to cry!! best way to deal is vent it all out (like you have) and do something to take your mind off it - I like to play guitar and rock it all outta me! :) or you could read - watch your fave movie. As above wrote- tomorrow IS a different day.

look, its ok be angry its natural. You are having a bad week, it happens. When I start having a bad week or i start getting very angry I throw on some headphones and take a LONG walk ( I once took a 5 hour walk just to cool done)
