If he gets caught again his penalty should be to play for the Dolphins. He can't be traded. He can't retire. He can't go on IR. What's worse really. He's had a good career and made a couple of dollars along the way. He could probably retire and get a job in broadcasting. No. Make him play for the Dolphins and complete the hard part of his suspension, actually taking the field in the fins uniform.
