A rainbow band is about more than genitals. You are rather crude, aren't you? And yes, they should be, just like anyone else is allowed to wear symbols as accessories, like crosses or stars of david, or rings, watches, bracelets...the list goes on.

i don't see why not. people are allowed to wear crosses around their necks. special bracelets. special rings. if you wanan war a band that says you love the certain part of the female anatomy, then go right ahead. as long as you aren't hurting yuor self or anyone else, physically or otherwise, wear whatever band suits yuor fancy. if people wanna know, they will ask what it means, and if the get offended, well, they did ask didn't they =)

yes, we should be able to wear rainbow bands.
I don't however agree to seeing straight people wearing rainbow bands, "just because they like the colors".
Its a gay symbol, don't wear it if your not gay.

Why does it really matter? Does it affect your ability to do your job or go on about your everyday life? no i didnt think so. and a question for you. you post a lot of questions in this catagory of type of questions. are you sure your not gay or just bi-courious? i mean thats all you ever seem to want to know about?

Yes, as long as it doesn't interfere with the dress code depending on their work.
