my passion is to work in aged community care and really want to work in aged care.but in march i was convicted with arson and it is a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. i have never harmed anyone and never would im really worried about appliying for jobs because i dont want to be rejected what advice do u have?

If you are a convicted felon, you would do well just to remain honest about it. Lying might get you in the door but make you subject to becoming suspect to anything that should happen if they ever find out you lied.
