I wouldn't pay 1000 dollars for a concert ticket,regardless of who it is.
No offense,but I don't consider Miley Cyrus a real singer.

No of course not, You could actually use the money for something more useful. Maybe if it was a lot more cheaper though. But if you were like her biggest fan or something, you would most likely do that.
