No offense to anyone, but Quality has no degrees. Something is or isn't...Quality.

That said I agree in part, with Robert, especially for interior applications; however I use Vinyl (Never Rot) often for exterior applications. I have used the * solid Vinyl molding in situations (interior) where water or moisture might be an issue; IE: Laundry rooms/ Pet litter box areas/ etc. AND in commercial job situations. For any decent interior look, depending on your notion in some design (Free floating or as a cap for Bead Board or other paneling half walls) I still use wood. One exception I have made was for a stair case base with a rounded corner; and that was painted to match the stair rise.

you can buy it by online, you can try ebay too..
but high quality plasti wainscoting i don't know it..
you can look up them on some sites
