Gerry and Kate are in Rome to see the pope. Gerry writes that when he phoned to see how the twins were getting on he was
"....suprised to hear that they were tucked up in bed by 7.30. They must like their new beds......" Yet I distinctly remember Gerry stating in the Spanish interview he walked out of that his children were always in bed asleep by 7.00 - 7.30.

What Gerry has always stated is that his children were always in bed asleep by 7.00 - 7.30, EVEN when they were on holidays in the Portuguese resort, which I believe can be considered as a “different environment”.

I can remember that too and you are right he just can't keep up! He is so used to lying now, that he probably doesn't know the difference! Every word that comes from their vile mouths is to suit them, regardless of whether it is true or not! They keep on contradicting themselves and then try and cover it up, do they really think we are that stupid! I just hope that his lies will catch up with him and land him where he belongs, in a cold hard Police cell, along with his vile wife............

If this indicates the standard of "proof" we can expect in the case against the McCanns, I'm really not surprised there's insufficient evidence to charge them.

Hi trancebabe....I like the new look.
He could mean that because the children were with someone else,he was shocked.
My children have a set bedtime routine but,When I'm in college on a Tuesday evening,they play my husband and go to bed much later.I think most children do that.Just a thought.?

He is such a silly man. You'd think he would have the sense to avoid mentioning anything about his kids being tucked up in bed after the loss of his daughter. I can't read his blog anymore, it annoys me so much! In fact I wonder if anyone reads it at all now, on a daily basis.

You don't have children do you? If you did you'd understand surprise at normal routines carrying on when you're not there! My daughter is 21 months old and we haven't yet managed to get anyone else to put her to bed. My mum's tried a couple of times while my partner and I have gone out; the result is us coming home to a tired baby still refusing to go to bed without cuddles from mum and/or dad!!

Hello Trancebabe. Good to know you are still around.
You are completely right. Every time you look at Gerry McCanns words theres always a smell of lies.
There may be some extremely naieve or stupid posters who wonder why people like Trancebabe cant let this go and I hesitate to speak for her but guess thats its because she is offended to the very core that these two despicable people may feel able to brazen out their crime.
If you are tired of the subject simply dont answer.
If you are bored simply go away and do something else.
