after? after is not a very good word to describe location. the skull is made of many bones. the main ones would be the frontal, temporal, occipital, parietal, mandible, maxilla, ethmoid, sphenoid, vomer, zygomatic...... and some terms you can use to locate something are posterior/anterior, lateral/medial, distal/proximal, ventral/dorsal, superior/inferior.......
