He was heel, but half the crowd still cheered for him anyway. He is one of those wrestlers that you just can't help but like. Obviously, he is back as a face now, after interuppting the heel Randy Orton. You should search for some of his old matches or promo's on YouTube. He is an amazing wrestler and hilarious on the mic.

He was a heel. He lost to John Cena in a you're fired match. If he lost, he would be fired. That was the last time we saw him up until now.

Heel. I think he was taken out by security guards too off the Raw set by the orders of either Mr. McMahon or Eric Bischoff.
