Why are your mates looking at your vagina?
I'm assuming your labia minora are exposed instead of inside the labia majora.

An outie vagina is a vagina that's prolapsed - fallen out. I doubt seriously that you have one, usually happens in much older women or women who've had multiple childbirths or lots of damage from a vaginal birth.

Whatever your "mates" are saying - I would guess they are just "pulling your leg"! No such thing exists! Not in the real world anyway. The "vagina" is where it belongs unless your "mates" have had a good look at it and you have had reconstructive surgery!!LOL...
