k my math teacher is such a jerk he comes in before class and talks to the students about random stuff then starts the class by writing a headline about what we've been doing last time and asking us what we know about it. So some students say different things and he sums it up and points to a problem that we don't know yet or an element we haven't covered yet and then he like leads the class through a proof or an example and asks us what we think happens next and like asks us what we think about that proof and where the big ideas in the proof were. Then he runs through an example and sets the good students a problem they can work on in class while he does another example for those who needs to see another example before they get to work on the problems too. He sets alternative harder questions people can choose to work on instead if they want to. He always allows questions to be asked and always answers them. He never sets reading homework and still everyone learns math. WHAT A JERK!!!

Good job! Nobody else caught the fact that you were being facetious and "tongue in cheek".

My favorite line: "He never sets reading homework and *still* everyone learns math. WHAT A JERK!!!"

That is so much better than my teacher.
She always forget to come to class- we missed out on approx 5 lessons this year! She says she is a famous actress and she sits like a frog. We do this random things that doesn't do us any good. She told us that we are having a test when nobody was prepared. Worst of all she thinks i'm her servent

Man I also hate my math teacher she doesn't give us any classwork because all the students don't know a thing about Algebra, except for me I took it in 7th grade. The stupid part is though that for she gives us 4 pages of math or 50 problems and half of them are word and you have to explain it.

are you an underachiever or just plain dumb? The teacher is trying to get you to THINK of the subject instead of memorizing a bunch of stuff. Giving different questions just gives those who get the idea a challenge and those that don't a chance to understand better. He sounds like a really good teacher.

Some of these answers are funnier than your question, just because of how incredibly the authors seemed to miss the point.

Unless of course you are serious, in which case I think you an idiot and am laughing at myself :p

Ha ha, very funny. No, I do not hate your math teacher.

Reading some of the other answers -- am I the only one who realizes this guy is making a joke?

Edit: Ah, good, I'm not the only one. I feel better.

Wow, what's really going on? Are you scared of using your BRAIN? You CAN use it more than just once, ya know... it's a VERY sturdy and versatile organ.

Your teacher sounds TERRIFIC... you don't KNOW what a "bad" teacher IS!! When *I* was in school, they still had corporal punishment, and the nuns LOVED using it!

I would call him a gifted teacher from the sound of it.

If everyone is learning maths except you, I won't stop revering him.
