It will all depend directly on what you consider a 'song'. Alice's Restaurant is one of the longest that gets played with any frequency on radio stations, like 20 minutes. No doubt there are longer that just aren't popular enough to get played.
There are also native 'songs' in some areas that are days long. No doubt something like Guinness Records etc will have some set answer, but again it will depend on what they included in the idea of 'song' or not, and could easily be disputed..
Just start singing, I'm sure you can break t he record..

Thriller by Michael Jackson? The video lasts more than thirteen minutes, but the movie parts only last about five to six minutes, so I say that Thriller is the longest song. Not to mention what a BIG hit it is.
