no Lebanese have this arrogant attitude that may be perceived as ********* , however they are very funny and kind and you can have friends from there that you can trust on your own life .
Egyptians are different , we love our country but we don't think others are less than us , we love all others [ except Zionists ] we share with the Lebanese warm Arabian hospitality and sense of humor .

I don't know about the Lebanese people being cocky as i think you will find a lot of people in every country that are cocky.

I do know that the Egyptians really do have a great sense of humor and are really funny. Their humor isn't offensive in any shape or form it is pure happiness and joking around and making people laugh. Will have to say don't always get the joke and need it explaining a few times to understand but then when my friends tell me a joke i never get the joke.

I don't know about the Lebs being cocky, but the Egyptians sure have a great sense of humor! You will find a certain member of this section who has a largely inflated ego, is cocky as hell, has a great sense of humor and is Egyptian ... though he hangs out a lot in the Leb section! So maybe the ********* comes from hanging out with the Lebs! lol

I am not sure whether or not the Lebanese are cockier,I think both nationalities have a lot of pride in their heritage and why not as they have both magnificent cultural heritages.
But I do know that the Egyptians are really insanely funny and it is a weird indirect sort of humor that takes you back a bit when you first confront it. Like the Australians they use words to play around with in their humor and sometimes you have to be quick to catch the joke especially if you are like me and only at grade 3 in Arabic.
