$9.50 hr X 8 hours = $76 + $15 tips = $91 Old job
$4.50 hr X 8 hours = $36 + $100 tips = $136 New job
Looks like the new job offers a better opportunity, assuming you give fantastic service to the customers. Most customers will give great tips for fantastic service. If you feel you will provide fantastic service to your customers, it looks like the new job is a great choice.

As someone else pointed out the new job promises the chance at more money.
So go ask you current boss for a raise, for that promotion, and if he doesn't give it to you - take the airport job.

You can try the new job part time for a few weeks or so to see if you like it, and if not you can quit and stick with your current job.
Good Luck
By the way Happy Thanksgiving.

You need to go with the new job.
Yes it can be scary, but the old job isn't giving you what you need so it's time to go!

Good luck in the new job!
