Work, in Pittsburgh. On the radio. The first one hit, some people were saying, "Maybe its one of those sightseeing planes that went off course." I didn't see how one of those planes would hit a tower head on. The second one hit and we knew. The Pentagon got hit and we were allowed to call relatives. Then 93 was flying from Cleveland towards DC and we were sent home. They weren't sure if there was a secondary target outside of DC.

I was at work. Even though we live in Canada, the business had dealers world wide as well as friends and family world wide. Our bosses held an emergency staff meeting to inform everyone what had happened.

I was at work, and all the phone lines to DC and NY stopped taking new calls due to the phone traffic.
