I loved this movie. In my personal opinion, this is one of the few movies that has an awesome soundtrack. But to answer you question, I actually have two favorite tracks on the CD. They are:
Not Meant For Me - Wayne Static Of Static-X
and
Forsaken - David Draiman Of Disturbed

I thought it was awesome. I like the opening title track of the movie. Then the song Lestat sings in his concert.

Ah, Ms Aaliyah - taken from us so soon... I think that she could have been the next Diana Ross. WHAT a talent.... so tragic.
Jonathon Davis was the major musician on the soundtrack and his song Not Meant for Me was quite haunting.
