I know there are lots of ways to receive it informally through lot of illegal ways but the company in Bangladesh would want it to be the formal way. What are the options for them where the Central Bank(Bangladesh Bank) wont have any problems or objections to this matter. Please answer.Thank you.

How are you involved. Are you saying a company was able to enter into an international agreement in a foreign country, but can figure out a way to pay an amount owed.
And rather than ask the company they owe, who you would expect might figure out a way to assist someone who wanted to pay them, or maybe go to a large bank, which does transactions like this every minute, they ask you to help.
Is that right?
They will be asking you for a payment soon. Its a scam.
