Let me get this straight. You were scammed, then someone said.....I am from say......The World Victims Fund Established by the Unitied Nations Compensation Committe (I really just made that up, sounds good.)
If you just send us $X we can refund you the $Y you lost.

WOW, so the scammers are trying to hit you again. Right?
If you are getting emails, do you know how to look at the full header to get the real IP address and other info? It is usually easy to do. I would bet the scammer1 and scammer2 are using the same IP address.
Give us more details please.

Sorry, yes ..

Your name and details may have been 'sold on' by the first set of scammers to follow-up criminals ... its EXACTLY the same with Charity Donations (Charities 'sell' lists to each other) ..

The idea is, if you fall for the first scam (or donate to Cat Rescue) , chances are you will fall for the same sort of thing (animal rescue) again & again ..

Turn on the Junk Mail filter and stop being tempted ...

rush to get scammed. If u do not rush some other early bird will get the worm.

normally skimming and scamming go together
what are u waiting-- scamers money to buy u a ticket. ?
Ask the scammers to buy return confirmed ticket for u before u rush for the money

nigerian scams internationally it is know by 419 never encourage them you might land up in jail
