Yes. I have a collection of ant shadows that I keep in a jar. Did you know some shadows have ants?

The best way to observe an ant shadow is to use a magnifying glass (since they're so small). However, keep in mind that to cast a prominent shadow it has to be a very bright sunny day, so just find some ants, grab a magnifying glass and view them on the first sunny day that you can. Just be careful.

I never thought of that before. But I did see an ant crawl on a tree and it actually walked down under water like the water was not even there. Then after a few seconds it came back up. Weird.

Why shouldn't physics laws apply to ants? And can you imagine that small pieces of sand have shadows, too?

Yes anything with it's back to the sun has a shadow. Which reminds me of an oriental proverb, " anything that bares it's back to the sun is fair game for a Chinese chef"!

Even the shadows have shadow.
The darker the shadow, the more apparent its shadows.
