i am actually very good with both. i have a three-legged cat (found him in a muskrat trap one day while i was on my walk) who does really well in spite of the fact that my sons named him 'Gore Stump'.
i also garden and keep a few houseplants that i've had to rescue from my mother.

Much better with pets! A 6 year old goldfish, a 3 year old gecko and a 3 year old adopted dog- St Bernard, Newfoundland and Akita mix. I do have 2 plants still living from my dad that passed away 11 years ago, but I barely remember they are here so it is my luck alone they are still green!

i'm good with both, but i love animals more so i'm much better at caring for animals, i have a dog and puppies right now. i just lost a hamster from old age, and i'm getting a newt, african clawed frogs and a turtle soon. i've had all in the past but i either gave them away or they lived their lives.
I have also owned cats and guinea pigs and several kinds of fish
