The sentence is fine as written, but slightly redundant...you could say simply:

1. "These are my strongest subjects." This implies that you're most capable in them.

2. "I am most capable in these subjects." This implies that they are your strongest subjects.

Is there a relationship between the two phrases that you want to point out? For example, is this part of a paragraph in which you are comparing subjects in which you are strong to subjects in which you are not as strong, and giving the reasons why you are strong/not strong in each? If that is the case, you could say something like "These are my strongest subjects BECAUSE they are the ones in which I feel most capable" (and then explain that you possibly gravitate toward these subjects because you know you can succeed). If you are comparing to other areas in which you are not as strong, you could say "I am not as strong in these subjects BECAUSE I don't feel as capable in them" (and therefore have to work harder to succeed). Hope this helps!

These are my strongest subjects; I feel most confident and capable with my knowledge of these topics.

These are my strongest subjects, and therefore, the ones in which I am most capable.

Mojitabe, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that sentence. Maybe you just need a little encouragement. When complying a raceme just be your self. Remember its a big world and you are needed. Good luck, I'm sure you will be fine.
