The best exclusive games for the PS3 right now to me are Heavenly Sword, Resistance Fall of Man, and Uncharted Drakes Fortune. Although of course there are other great PS3 exclusives such as Rachet and Clank Future Tools of Destruction, Motorstorm plus other games.
Army of Two is scheduled to come out in March 2008.

unreal tournament 3 is coming out for ps3 in december 11th and NOT for 360, it allows you to hook up your mouse and keyboard to play it on your ps3 online.
the best games right now for ps3 is call of duty 4.
