I have become rather fond of a modified Bandit 1200.
It accelerates fast, runs with almost anything on curves and is easily capable of 150mph/240kph (BTDT). A really big bonus is the seating position that lets me ride all day, without killing my back or neck.

- all fantastic bikes, with a build quality and art form absent in Japanese bikes
Moto Guzi is nice too, but are not really crotch rockets
Then again, I'm biassed, having changed from Yamaha to Aprilia to MV Agusta.

The Yamaha R6, its perfectly balanced, not heavy, easy to ride and control and the R6 would make a beginner look like a pro riding it.

I don't like rice, I don't know why, I just don't. If I had to choose something though, i'd go with ducatti, buel, or motto gutzi (sp?). The latter mostly because its fun to say. hehe
