I agree with that Catt'sbarf one! Your spelling is a whole weird thing but yeah he got the right salt for ya!

BaF2 stands for barium flouride i beleieve and barium is a type of metal that is found on group 2 on the periodic table. Flourine however is a group 7 nonmetal. And in Chemistry metal combined with nonmetal gives salt.

Either you are cross-eyed when you type or your spelling is off the charts. BaF2 tells you the salt is Barium Fluoride, and for each barium ion (this is an ionic salt), there are two fluoride ions.
