My divorce was final last sept my ex has taken my son away I havent seen him since may this year I am going into court for this custody battle again all I want is my son back my ex is making up false allegations about me lies and i am no danger to my son I have had to do even supervised visits I have had 4 visits all were awesome reports my question is my attorney has requested at least 5 times via a legal letter to have ,me see my son on my normal weekend visits and my ex wife atty denies me. also my ex had done some things behind my back to call my therapist and talk to the behind my back. I have a good atty now we go into court all i want is my son back on my weekend visits like normal. All my life it was my parents and I who took care of my son the most. My ex is jealous because my son loves us the most.

I have been reading up on Parental Alienation lately, and what your ex is doing also seems to be the case. if you can prove that she's lying, then you might have a chance to reverse the custody status, not just to get a weekend visitation.
especially if your parent and you always took care of your son, the judge can't ignore that fact, and perhaps your son can also express his desire to see you regularly if not live with you instead of with his mom.
in any case, explain all the details to your lawyer let him / her handle this.

It sounds like you should just file for custody and give her the week end visits. If your son wants to live with you, most judges will take that into consideration unless there is some reason that you are going to the therapist other than the divorce. Good Luck to you!!

NOBODY BUT A COURT ORDER CAN RELEASE THOSE RECORDS OF A MEDICAL NATURE. TRY TO GO FOR THE CUSTODY BASED UPON SHE HAS DECEIVED THE COURT ABOUT YOU?
