This is the Portuguese national monument to Prince Henry the Navigator and is located at the southern tip Portugal Atlantic coast..... CABO SAGRES..

Sorry I don't know it, but I wondered if you'd been able to look at the person's other photos which might give you some clues, you have to have a login which I don't.
