We're vegetarian so I usually stuff a nice squash with basmati rice, quinoa & other yummy things & have most of the traditional (meatless) sides along with that-- yams, homemade cranberry sauce, rolls, pie etc.
This year we were thinking about having Tofurkey but we waited too long & they were all old out.

I love trout...that's my favorite kinda' fish...
And artichokes, too...(but I'll eat anything...as you well know by now...(yuk yuk)...
