no, not unless specified by the plan.
most times your discounted rates after a certain time, but idk if it's free. Different cell phone providers have different policies as per rates of international calling. Best bet would be to check with your cell provider. Try their website, or just call customer care or what not. ♥

unlimited free nights and weekends is USUALLY only available on domestic calls--USA, Canada, and parts of Mexico. Call your carrier and ask them or read your contract. International is different from domestic--usually includes ROAMING.
