For an impromptu dessert take a piece of soft bread and spread butter or margarine on it, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar on to your taste, fold and eat.
Something I learned at 6th grade camp in the winter - mix some cream cheese with a little finely crushed up instant coffee and a pinch or two of sugar and spread on toast, etc...YUM
