I ask because I never really thought the song "Promises" by the Buzzcocks was anything special, but listening to it now it's a great song! I mean I always thought it was decent but it's really wonderful. Does this ever happen for you?

I actually remember reading about "Real Cool Time" being a great song before I bought the CD and the way they described it I was expecting something else and was disappointed. But it has grown on me as well, it's actually one of the cooler songs on the album, has a neat feeling to it, kind of psychedelic with the wah-wah pedal, almost proto-metal with that scraping guitar sound. Good pick!

But I'm a Buzzcocks kick so here's another to read your heads around!

Uh oh, I still consider "We Will Fall" the biggest blemish in their catalouge. It's good if you're trying to create a creepy mood, maybe I'd play it loudly on halloween if I had kids trick or treating (if I wasn't out trick or treating) to give it that atmosphere, but generally I find it to be worthless, interesting at the best!

"Real Cool Time". I didn't think it was anything special as well. I love it now. You should be able to figure out the artist.

Also, another song by the same band. Just listened to it a minute ago. "We Will Fall". That was their only bad song on their first album (or so I thought). I thought it was so repetitive and not in the punk spirit! I just listened to it again, and I loved it, especially the ending. Okay...I'm exaggerating, but I underestimated it.

Elton John "Candle in The Wind" at that time when Princess Diana passed the dedication song spread and made a somewhat come back..(not such a great rock song but something worth bringing up.)

The Who "Hush" Scream brought that back..

Love Like Winter. I hated it when it came out and about a month ago I couldn't stop listening to it.

Ministry - Deity

This song just flat out rocks. Helped me get through a work out where I didn't have much energy. That alone makes it comeback worthy.
