I am about to explode. So far I have seen a couple of buildings that do not have much security personal. I have been thinking seriously of suicide since my birthday. what is the best way between 3 buildings.

1) A school that is about 4 stories high but I will land on the train tracks. Will the train tracks melt the flesh or will the train rip the body first?

2) An under construction building when there are no workers.

3) A building near the expressway, but I do not know if innocent people will die by the car accidents that will occur.

ok. i'm gonna be honest here. neither way is best. think about it:

1) you will not melt on the train tracks. if the tracks are live then you will be electrocuted (but you'd have to somehow manage to touch the live rail - hard to do when jumping from a building), but if not, you will be lying there, injured, until you are found, or hit by a train. depending on where you are on the track, even if you are hit by the train, you may not die. instead you may just get crushed and have your legs amputated. and what if you change your mind about dying, after the jump, whilst waiting for the next train? and because of your injuries you can't move out of the way? also, if a train does hit, and possibly kill, you, then how do you think the driver, and his passengers, though particularly the driver, would feel? he would never forget the feel of the train bumping over your body, and the thought that he injured or killed you.

2) This one would depend on the height of the building - i think it has to be at least 10 storeys high for you to die, but i'm not sure, so you may end up paralysed from the neck down, or as a vegetable for the rest of your life.

3) It is likely others will die, and if not, they will have it on their consciences for the rest of their lives that they (the one who ran you over) killed you if you didn't die due to the fall. don't put other people at risk. i'm suicidal, but i'd never do it in a way that puts others at risk, or affects people other than those i know.

Please, get help. talk to a friend or family member or better, see a doctor so that you can talk to a psychiatrist or be put on medication to help you. please talk to someone first. email me if you like, i know what it's like to be suicidal - you can tell by my answer that i think these things through a lot. please talkto someoen before attempting anything, as you could end up a lot worse off than you are now, believe it or not.

please get help.
Stay strong, stay safe.

I used to think the same way.
It's quick, cheap, and easy to clean up your remains if you kill yourself by jumping off of a tall building.
None of the buildings that you describe above would be a good choice though.
Pick one in a less populated area.
I'd pick a building that is relatively short (4-5 stories), but I would dive head-first onto the pavement/sidewalk below if I HAD to die from a jump from a building.
Okay, that said, I agree with the answerer who said that it's a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
You may just need to try some new things.
Here are some good ideas:
1. Do something that gets your heart rate up a bit like, walking, running, biking, and swimming.
2. Eat Whole, Organic foods like: Broccoli, Cabbage, Organic Brown Rice, Beans, Spinach, Sweet Potato, Apples, and other fruits and vegetables in their Natural State.
3. Avoid eating corn, white bread, white rice, white potatoes, candy, sodas, chips, and anything else that you already know you shouldn’t be eating.
4. Drink clean water as your beverage of choice. Avoid Fruit drinks and fruit juices (unless YOU juice them yourself)
5. Stop smoking, drinking beer & wine, and drinking coffee.
6. Get 8 hours of sleep each night.
7. Hang out with people who want to be healthy.
8. Avoid anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup.

Tone up the muscles:

1. Join a gym and get a trainer.
2. If you’re short on cash, start a light stretching & yoga regimen.
3. Do push-ups, and light dumbbell curls for the upper body.
4. As I said above, walk, run, swim, and or bike
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..
7. Buy or borrow this book by Bill Pearl called GETTING STRONGER.
In the book, he describes everything you need for a great fitness plan.

Mental Health:

1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.
2. If you have some money or insurance, get a counselor to talk to.
3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative.
9. Do something for someone else who needs help.
10. If the above suggestions don't improve your mental health, talk with your therapist about the possibility of taking some medication.

Take care of yourself

I personally would not jump from a building. If you really want to kill yourself then know this... you are free! Do what you want. I watched this video of this guy who knew he had a year to live and he would ride on the outside of a bullet train, he had nothing to lose. Just know this, with power comes responsibility. Now that you know you are free use this power for your own pleasure BUT don't forget morals and how you will be remembered. Don't hurt people, that is the main thing. Just have fun and then when you are ready, just GO.

Dont do it. Try to talk someone first. Share it let the other people know the problem especially your close friends ask them an advice. I know they'll try to help after listening to you.
