"All I Want Is You." (from "Rattle & Hum")
Tough to choose just one out of all their stuff, but that song is going on 20 years old and it always sounds amazing. Look for a live version (Live from Paris is on iTunes and it's in the set list for their "Live from Slane Castle" DVD). You won't be disappointed.

"Desire" is my favorite U2 song. It has a groove that anyone can get into. The lyrics are cool ("with a red guitar on fire"), and I love the guitar in it.
