My husband's ex-wife tries to get everything we have build up. She goes to the court whenever she wants. I plan to start my own business, however, if I do make money and buy a flat later, will she be able to claim all my earnings and asserts, only because I have married to her ex-husband?

there must be children involved if she keeps going back to the court for more after the divorce is final and he is remarried, so you should put the business in your name perhaps but it wouldn't hurt to consult with an attorney and consider whether if she is this vindictive it might be better for you and the children involved if you file for custody as well and then he wouldn't have to pay her anything.

As long as you can prove it is your money and not his you have nothing to fear.Make sure you keep receipts and do not open a joint bank account.
