I sure do. Especially since they think it makes them look cool but in my opinion it makes them look like they have mental issues.

It sure does annoy me, I mean at first when you read it, you dont understand it and after some seconds like 30 or a minute, you understand it and its like a waste of time, I prefer the capitals better.

Yes, it is annoying.
But I also hate when people use <3 too much.
Example:
"It's nice weather outside right now, Bob. <3<3 Talk to you laters." (and they barely know Bob but he needs some hearts anyway?)

its super annoying. and wouldnt it be more work to type like that than normally. its like they're using the extra effort just to annoy you.

They make it seem like they have nothing better to do than to make sure that every other letter is capitalized.

Yeah, that's really annoying. So are ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME, incorrect puncutation and no capitalization where it belongs.

Nah. It's more annoying to me when they type all caps JUST LIKE THIS TO THE POINT WHERE YOU CAN"T READ ANYTHING THEY"RE SAYING>
