It all happened when I got lost. I was rushing through the streets and stumbled upon a bad neighborhood and got lost. I backed up and I hit some guy. I think he was either a drug addict or homeless. He was shouting at me but I did not understood a word he was saying. I got away as kickly as possible (some of these people carry guns) and hit a white guys car. This suburban guy was obviously in search of drugs.

He wrote my license plate and I don't konw what to do.
Should I get a lawyer? I was thinking of representing myself.

Will the homeless/crack addict sue me? Will the white suburban kid sue me?

Another senario would be..have you heard from the police or these guys insurance company's yet? It may be that they themselves didn't have insurance and even thought you hit them...everyone would have had to produce proof of insurance and valid licenses if the police had been brought in.

You hit a PERSON the first time??? OHMYGOD!!! With both of your actions, it's a felony (the worst being you hit a human being and took off) and you will likely do quite a bit of jail time when the white guy turns you in to the police. Get a lawyer now.

The man you hit can sue you for all medical damages and the car you hit later can sue you for all damages to his vehicle. If you don't pay you lose your license at the very least. If you had no license you go to jail. Either way, it sounds here like you're going to jail for hit and run, which is a big crime.

The guy who got your plate may report you to the police. You could then be prosecuted for hit and run, for which you could go to jail. In addition, investigating it will show that you had no insurance, for which you can pay a significant fine.

In addition, the driver can sue you for any damage to his car, and the homeless guy can sue you for ny injuries.

The other guy was looking fro drugs and yo were just "lost"?

That might be the perfect crime.

But get some insurance anyway - it is not hat much!

I wouldn't worry about it. You are white right? They are black? You have nothing to worry about. You weren't even there.
