I have problems with my eyeliner always smudging and ending up with raccoon eyes. My friend suggested that I use a similar color of powder eye color to apply on top of the eyeliner. Worked a lot better than any of the brands that I tried which said they wouldn't smudge.

I love Glominerals for a pencil and Bobbi Brown gel liner instead of liquid.

I really like the Revlon Colorstay ones. I use the Navy or Black Brown and it lasts all day. I use the Olay Facials to wash my makeup off and it easily comes off with those.

it does not wear off the whole day. even after pe or anything!!!
but it goes off easy with a makeup remover or warm water.

makeup forever from sephora...i use the waterproof kind...it goes on smoothly. just make sure you use a little powder or eyeshadow under the liner so it wont smear

i usually wear the more expensive brands but i actually really like prestige eyeliner...it goes on really good and stays on all day...it doesnt take alot for it to go on either... its the soft blend kohl eyeliner..hope you find one..
