Check your local directories for Security Agencies. Most companies providing guards have openings for trainees at entry-level positions. Most companies will require that you have a clean record and are bondable and will require fingerprints and a fairly detailed background history.
Please note that if you have not had any experience bearing arms, you will need to be trained in their use, and this may not happen until you have had some months of work with the company.
Please also note that armed security officers are trained first and foremost to not utilize their weapons. They are armed as a precaution, not as an offensive force. Security officers are not members of the police or law-enforcement agencies.
Think carefully about why you want to be an armed guard before you decide to follow this career path. Guarding is lonely, often boring, sometimes dangerous, and takes intelligence, patience and a highly developed sense of duty and responsibility.

Palmerpa explained correctly on how to get started. If that is what you want to do great as so many people have no idea what they want to do. But depending on your circumstances you might want to think about it. Hours can be long, boring and vary much. As the new guy you would definitly be working the lousy shifts.

Then you need to think about where you go from there. Getting promoted for one. Moving to another firm and what would make you stand out.

The answer to that might be a stint.... even a short one...... in the military. It would be invaluable later and open up you options.
