ok i have a friend who drives a awsom 94 ford escort, dark blue cool rims etc.my "friend" offers to let me borrow the vehicle for awhile if i do nauty stuff with them. kind of like a trade and i REALLY need a car cause mine got impounded a few months ago an I been on the streets walkin to get everyone except for the buss sometimes. so I agree to whats going on an I figure "owell whats an hour gonna do - im getting better done in the long run" so were in the car doin "adult stuff" behind the local kmart [which is closed down] an all of a sudden a cop guy comes up all quick after he sees us. we i had to go jail (thats why I wasnt on here for 2 days) and now I have to go to court and I think now im bein on the sexual offenders list. THIS IS HORRABLE!!!!!! The person I was with started to RUN AWAY what a wuss and duh got caut. so im wonderin will i get off the hook when I see a judge? I know im gonna get a public defender but im thinkin I should come clean and to get him in trouble more.

There comes a time, sweetheart, when you have to start making responsible decisions.
Not maintaining your vehicle was the first poor decision.
Allowing him to manipulate you into this situation was the second.
Do your budget, set aside an amount for transportation: cab, bus, friend (Where you pay for gas with money).
Take a good hard look at you and what you are doing with your life and how this is affecting the little one.
Aim for a better future and pay the dues now.
And hon, don't do things you know are wrong. You keep getting caught.

First off a 94 escort is not a cool car. Secondly what you were doing was prostition so I probablly would not come clean abou the whole situation because you might just get charged with that. I would say you were having casual sex in the car. Hopefully he says the same...which I think he would probablly deny all allegations. But be honest and tell the judge that you made a poor decision and you have many regrets and lost respect for yourself. Tell him it changed you for the good and would like a second chance. By coming clean you would not get him into trouble...unless your a minor and he is an adult. Which sounds like the situation. But that irritates me more if thats the case!! You knew what you were doing from day one and are talking about it on here like nothing...so if you are a minor and he is an adult don't try to get him in trouble more...you did it girl. You traded s*x for the possibility of using a cool car. If you are on the sex offenders list, it means the guy was underage and you aren't. And you were out doing the horizontal bop to get a borrowed car while your kid was with the neighbors.
No, you will not get off the hook if he was underage.
Get a job and buy your own car. And use birth control. And take responsibility for your actions. Leave the poor kid alone. He doesn't need anymore trouble, and you have enough without being vindictive and mean.
You know, if you said you screwed somebody for food for your kid, I would have some sympathy. But to do it so you don't have to take the bus............sorry.

Ages are very important in this situation. Most people won't get labeled as a sex offender just because they had sex in a parking lot. If your "friend" is underage, then yes, no matter what you say, unless you say you were raped which I do not recommend, you will get in some serious trouble. Next time just walk, its better than dealing with all of this, I'm sure you know that now

Strange you spent 2 nights in jail????
I can't see coz it wasn't in public eye so to speak ,that you will suffer more than some community worktime or small fine .

First of all, why would you have sex with a person to drive their car? Do you not have any more respect for yourself than that?
Second, yes you should just admit guilt and pay the fine. You will not be a "sex offender" unless he was under age or he accused you of rape.
Get yourself together and find a man that has more than just a car. Set your standards higher for yourself.

next you should be arrested for doing this in public in a car. Get a room or house like normal decent people!

I'm not sure I'm understanding the problem. How old are you and the guy? Because if both you and the guy are over 18 they shouldn't arrest you for doing anything together, because technically you guys are adults. If he is younger than 18, then yes, you can be charged with some degree of rape, I believe. I hope this helps! And good luck!
