you might consider seeing your doctor. there are so many possibilities...hormonal disturbance, incipient diabetes, sleep disorder. i know you're young, but since this is not normal for you it needs to be investigated. At least make an appointment for a checkup and run it up the flagpole. It can't hurt.

Hi there,
Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition in which a person sweats excessively and unpredictably. People with hyperhidrosis may sweat even when the temperature is cool or when they are at rest. Sweating helps the body stay cool. In most cases, it is perfectly natural. People sweat more in warm temperatures, when they exercise, or in response to situations that make them nervous, angry, embarrassed, or afraid.
Excessive sweating occurs without such triggers. Persons with hyperhidrosis appear to have overactive sweat glands. The uncontrollable sweating can lead to significant discomfort, both physical and emotional. When excessive sweating affects the hands, feet, and armpits, it is called primary or focal hyperhidrosis. In most cases, no cause can be found. It seems to run in families.
If the sweating occurs as a result of another medical condition, it is called secondary hyperhidrosis. The sweating may be all over the body or it may be in one area.
In both cases you'll find on this site some good tips to solve your problem: http://hyperhidrosis.toptips.org

I suffered from hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). Tried everything my doctor told me. My hyperhidrosis was so bad at times that I wouldn't go near crowded places, let alone sit in restaurants or go to the cinema or theater.
Until I found the information on this site: http://stop-sweating-now.keysolve.net
It helped me in ways that I still cannot comprehend; this is truly remarkable. It's been 7 days since I completed the basic Sweat Miracle program and my hyperhidrosis is gone without a trace.

You probably should go to a doctor. You are too young for night sweats.....awhile back I had them, and found out it was the birth control pills I was taking. They did something weird with my hormones. But, see a doctor soon.

There are many possibilities, ranging from side effects from medicines to hypoglycemia. The best thing to do is see your doctor about this as soon as possible. Yahoo Answers is not a viable substitute for competent medical care.

I hate to tell you, but many young women suffer from premature menopause. I would see a doctor, because your fertile time could really be at risk, if you want children, in the future.

You might be stressed about something and not realize it. Or you could be going to bed doing something uncomfterable like eating, drinking, or watching T.V.
