is there a way for me to fix this or is it a problem with the web site that i can do nothing about??? does anyone know easy step to olving this problem???

whatever you are trying to view is behind a secure firewall or password protected area and you need permission as with a password to get in. Only way to find out is to email the website owner or webmaster, explain the problem and they will tell what the policy is.

The 403 error forbidden usually means that accessing the page is forbidden, for some reason. Usually this is because the page is a directory, not a web page.
It is also possible that the 403 error is a mistake, in which case you should inform the webmaster of the web page by e-mail, webmaster@ website.com.
If you have accessed a no directory browsing problem, the URL ends in a / rather than a specific web page like .htm or .html.

Before we get into the difference in authentication between Fire Fox and I.E. lets check the URL you are resolving to between each. Since you did not include whether you are manually typing in the URL between each or going to favorites and selecting a saved URL I would suggest the following: Clear the cache in Internet Explorer, I'm sure you know how to do that. After that, access the site with firefox, copy and paste that URL over to I.E and test it. My first bet is that you have an incorrectly saved favorite in IE. Let me know...
