It says dual core ready on the box but does not mention quad.

You're not going to know either way until AMD releases its quad core Phenom processors, which isn't due to happen until the end of this year or sometime early next year. If AMD releases the processors for Socket AM2, there's a good chance you'll be able to use one by upgrading the BIOS, as AMD has been good about making that upgrade path available for previous generations of CPUs. Right now, though, its speculation.

It will work, but the quad core will not runs at the full speed due to the clocking matter. But 1 thing is very sure, it will be faster than dual core twice. Any detailed question email or IM me at hiroki04030@yahoo.com

Hi. From your link I do not think so. "The M2N32-SLI Deluxe supports AMD socket AM2 single-core Athlon 64/Sempron and dual-core Athlon 64 X2/Athlon 64 FX processors with 2MB/1MB/512KB L2 cache."
