I had attorney, I lost 10K and everything. I do not have attorney anymore since August 2005. I do all my paper works by myself since then. The guy is Petitioner and I am Respondent. The guy is paying for his attorney since the guy is living in TN.

I also went to the Legal Aid and the other places to get help. None of places did not help me because of the children does not live with me. They only helps custodial parents within the income limit they have set.

I would like to have priceless and memorable items like albums (my childhood’s and my doggie’s) and gifts from family and friends. And the items I purchased in Japan and can’t get it in U.S.

You need to talk to an attorney about all of those things and get some help there. If you can't afford one, go to legal aid and get help there. It sounds to me like he managed to have a good attorney during the divorce and took advantage of you so you need to talk to someone and see what can be done now. I hope you can get some help!!

My ex got all her belongings and I got all mine, we never had a situation like this. This stuff is yours and you are entitled to have it back.

I got EVERYTHING in my divorce except the ex's clothes and his vehicle. And that's because I didn't want them.

Why would I throw them away? I would keep the important ones and sell the rest of them.
