I used to marriage with who is former Marine until about four years a go. We were lived on station in Japan and have sent back to U.S for legal matter to divorce in December 2003 by commander. This guy said he does not want to keep my belongings because it taking the spaces in his house. But whatever this guy says and does, it does not match. I would like to have my belongings back. I had attorney, I lost 10K and everything. I do not have attorney anymore since August 2005. I do all my paper works by myself since then. The guy is Petitioner and I am Respondent. The guy is paying for his attorney since the guy is living in TN.
I also went to the Legal Aid and the other places to get help. None of places did not help me because of the children does not live with me. They only helps custodial parents within the income limit they have set.
I would like to have priceless and memorable items like albums (my childhood’s and my doggie’s) and gifts from family and friends. And the items I purchased in Japan and can’t get it in U.S.
