If your medicine says "Take with food" .. How would you take that, Would you eat, before,or after the medicine

Im just wondering what people do..
If your medicine says take medicine with food..
do you eat before you take the pill
Or do you take the pill and then eat??
How do you take it..

I work in a pharmacy at a hospital. Take it with food means to eat a meal or small snack right before or right after you take it. Because it can cause upset stomach. Best if you eat before.

I take the pill while I eat. like with the food. before and after.

I cut the peice of bread in half, eat half of it, take the pill, eat the other half. No just kidding, sometimes before, sometimes after. It doesn't really matter, but if you're a slow eater you should eat before so the food is already in your stomach when you take your meds.

I would take the pill and eat after. I few months ago I had to take iron pills. I took one after eating and it made me puke. So the next day I took it before I ate and I didn't puke.
