Me and my husband have been separated for 4 and a half months and he is not supporting his kids. He is a sorry piece of sh*t. Childsupport recovery closed down the case talking about he's receiving ssi. He is not handicapped. He works and partys like the government does. He was put on it as a child because he is add but alot of others was put on it for the same reason but got cut off when they was 18 years old. His mom works for the government and she is going in the system doing something illegal. he is going to get what's coming to him though. When i get some money i am going to get a divorce.

I think you are completely clueless that's what I think. Do you realize how many guys out there make babies and then just walk away never seeing their child or paying a cent of child support. Then there is the fact that the mother doesn't have the right to deny the father visitation rights even if he isn't paying the child support. All the guy needs to do is stop bitchinganmoaning and playing the victim, get off his lazzyass go to the courts and file for visitation. Chances are though he is afraid that the courts are going to force him to pay child support of which he has refused to pay and so instead he just sits on his lazyass and complains about what a bitchshe is to not let him see his kid. If you care about your kid you would do what ever it took to see and support your child.

If he is getting ssi, your kids should be getting a check in the mail as well, I would look into it, my other half is starting the process to go on ssi due to something mental, he researched on line and it is his understanding that out 3 kids will get monthly supplements as well, until they r 18!

If your husband qualifies for SSI you should be recieving benefits from them for his children the same way social security pays benefits to minor children of people eligible for Soc Sec, you need to find a Social Worker as badly as you need a divorce attorney......

Write to the social security bureau and tell them he is partying away his benefits. I know that when my niece was recieving benefits for being bipolar my sister had to keep a detailed diary of expences and behavior. I am sure they will investigate the accusation and do the proper thing.

I ve been raising my son for four years with no help from my ex. I dont even let it bother me anymore. I think what goes around comes around comes around He is even raising another womans kid that is not even his. He is not even worth the gum on the bottom of my shoe.. I'm gonna do it myself school at night and work in the day, and I believe that I shall eventually prevail. And so will you......

Look for free legal aid, talk to the news media about this ,tell them the state is not doing their job about this deadbeat dad,and how he is abusing the system.
Also learn from your mistakes.Dont make kids with a guy until you know what he is first.

If you don't like how your state computes child support then fight to get the law in your state changed.

One thing about child support is that it rarely works out fair to "both" sides.
