It sounds like your penis is frost bitten. It'll probably end up rotting off if you don't seek treatment.

Well, maybe if you are black...
It seems to me that at sexual maturity, men's penises darken and change colours on different parts. for example, the nuts might be really red, the shaft, like darker flesh colour, or pink, and the head, sometimes bright pink or even purple.
It seems to me that there is a great varience in what is normal. Frankly, as a female, heterosexual but with limited practice, and the mother of a girl, the male um, belongings, are rather bizarre...
anyway, black men's penises, I happen to know, are usually very black.
But I'm not an expert.
