Children
Communication
Sex
Money and Possessions
All of the above should rank important except maybe possessions. I put that last.
My family is top priority.
Communication is vital. Without that there is no trust, no understanding, no foundation.
Sex, helps make a special bond. With a special bond there is trust and communication.
Money makes everything easier. :)
But the top of the list should be God. Without remembering God you have no real life values to teach your children, marriage won't be complete, and communication will not have a good path to follow.

hmmm, I'd say
1. Children....kids have to come first. Once you have kids, most everything revolves around them.
2. Communication....this is a top one, too. You have to have strong/good communication to have a solid marriage. Without, you don't have a marriage, or at least not a very good one : /
Now....I'd like to break this one in half here, if I can I'd say
3. Money, now let me explain, money would be lower on the list if you don't have kids. However, if you have kids, you kinda need to have money at least in the middle because, let's face it, you have to have money to take care of kids, buy food, clothes, medicine when they're sick, you gotta have a roof over their heads, heat to keep them warm...etc.
4. Sex.....This is where sex would come in, or at least some kind of intimacy. Some people, let's say, can't have sex, but they can be intimate at the same time....(I hope that makes sense.)
5. Possessions would come in last for me. Possessions are just things, they don't mean anything.
That's that for me : )

1) Communication - the marriage would just cease to exist without it
2) Sex - to keep the love alive. That's what we get married for, u know, erm to put it crudely. =)
3) Money and possessions - A bit realistic here but this is the real world. need to have cash to get by
4) Children - when all the 3 above has been satisfied can children come into the picture. =)

They all go together. With out one you cant have the other.
But I think it should go like this...
1. kids, 2 communication, 3 $, 4. sex 5 possessions
Look at it this way:
Kids should always be #1 in your life. But you cant raise your kids properly without communication. Money is key, but posessions can take a back burner to it all. Sex is vital, without sex the communication fails then the raising of the kids fail.
this is just my opinion though
good luck

NUMBER 1 COMMUNICATION - If you don't have this you don't want kids
NUMBER 2 CHILDREN - With out them your home is not complete
NUMBER 3 MONEY - You need money to be able to live. Love helps but, it won't feed, cloth or keep you, your spouse and if there is kids warm.
POSSESSIONS - Not something that you can't live without. Nice to have but, can do with out most of them.
SEX - You have to make up your mine if you want kids. And on how much you really love him/her. If you really and true do love the other one than sex is something that will keep them happy and at home with you. And not home with someone else who will have sex and give them the love that they are looking for. IF YOU DON'T REALLY AND TRULY LOVE YOUR OTHER PERSON THAN YOU NEED NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT BECAUSE THEY WON'T BE THERE LONG.

Children - when they need something like food, help with homework, to be taken to an activity they come first.
Communication - always at the top
Money and Possesions - to the extent they are necessary to support our standard of living = top; extras just for fun = lower
Sex - whenever one of us is horny and the kids aren't #1 at that moment, this is #1. Sometimes we communicate during sex and that covers two at once :).
