A wise person learns everyday from everything and everyone.
All I can say is never stop learning. And that sometimes what we once learned, it may be outgrown. Thus as life changes so do our perspectives.

being depressed isn't worth it
hold my head high
be kind. seriously. cruelty and exclusiveness and meanness isn't funny or okay.
be myself and speak my opinions
don't be afraid to try new things
accept people
and most important ...
never let a little fight with a friend 'boil over'. otherwise, these things build up and harden into a wedge between you two. talk everything over. i think i've lost the greatest friend of my life this way. i really hope not.

That I will never be 100% happy or 100% depressed. I have to deal with a mixture of the two all of my life no matter what.

trust in God..seriously..take it a day at a time and strive for peace and love...patience is a virtue and try to keep as much of your wits as possible. Also push forward always try hard not to look back or regret and finally realize in the end in it is in Gods hands
