If you were to knit until you finish, how long would it take you to knit a small throw blanket (for an adult)? I'm just wondering, because I have limited time to knit a throw blanket, and i really want to finish... Thanks your answers!

Do you know how to crochet? If you do I can give you a pattern that you could probably get done in a week. Contact me if this would help you.

It all depends on the size of your needles and your yarn. Knitting takes longer than crochet, but when I crochet an afghan with the ripple pattern ,it takes me at least a week . Knitting would take longer . Big needles faster, small needles, longer. Then there is the question of how fast you knit and also time is a factor. Figure out how long it takes you to knit 2 inches in length, then figure out how long you want it and measure. Multiply the length needed by the amount of time it took to knit 2 inches. I hope this isn't too confusing for you.
length in inches X Time in minutes Happy Thanksgiving to you.

it depends on what kind of yarn you use along with the size needles.

if you use super bulky yarn with size 13 or 15 needles, the the blanket will be done alot faster then if you use worst weight with size 8. I would say that you can get the blanket done in about 1 or 2 weeks if you work on it every chance you get.
