I always make leftover turkey sandwiches, or just eat the turkey and dip cold gravy all over it. Its goooood. Also, I take the mashed potatoes and crumble in a few peices of cold turkey. Yum.

I always make a Killer Turkey noodle, Veggie Soup
and this year I'll slice some add mex sesoning & make Fajitas.
